This committee is responsible for recruiting new 糖心视频 members to join LIT-SIS and coordinating activities for current members.
The chair:
- coordinates LIT-SIS presence at the CONELL Marketplace. This may involve:
- ordering promotional items.
- setting up a table with our brochure, promotional items, a list of LIT-SIS programs, invitation to attend LIT-SIS events such as Karaoke night and Bloggers get together.
- greeting CONELL attendees and encouraging them to join LIT-SIS.
- coordinates LIT-SIS display for the Activities Table in the Exhibit Hall. This may involve:
- ordering promotional items.
- setting up a table with our brochure, promotional items, a list of LIT-SIS programs, invitation to attend LIT-SIS events such as Karaoke night and Bloggers get together.
- contacts non-member participants of LIT-SIS events and encourages them to join.
- Reports briefly on the committee鈥檚 activities at the LIT-SIS business meeting.
- Submits a written report to the LIT-SIS Chair detailing the committee鈥檚 activities according to the deadline set by the Chair each year. Also sends a copy to the Secretary / Treasurer.
- writes and/or updates documentation to pass on to the following Committee chair
