Reserve a Display Board in the Activities Area
Activities Area display boards offer ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ entities a dynamic way to share what you’re doing, connect with colleagues, and highlight your impact at the Annual Meeting & Conference.
Each ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ entity may reserve one side of a 4’x8′ poster board to create a visual, engaging presentation of your work. Use posters, handouts, and creative elements to tell your story—materials can be attached using push pins or hook-side Velcro (a limited supply of push pins will be available; please bring any additional materials you may need.) You’re also welcome to incorporate items like acrylic brochure holders to enhance your display.
All boards will be located in the exhibit hall at the convention center, giving your group valuable visibility in a high-traffic area. Your board will be clearly labeled with your group’s name upon arrival.
This is your opportunity to highlight what your group is accomplishing—reserve your board and be part of the energy at the ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Annual Meeting & Conference.  We encourage you to have representatives from your group available at your display board to answer any questions during exhibit hall breaks.
Exhibit Hall no-conflict break times:
- Saturday, July 18: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (EDT)
- Sunday, July 19: 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. (EDT)
- Monday, July 20: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (EDT)
- Tuesday, July 21: 9:45 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. (EDT)

Complete and submit the request form below to reserve a display board for your entity by Friday, June 12 at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
IMPORTANT NOTES
You will be able to set up your display on Saturday, July 18 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT. Please note that those staffing the boards , with either a full or single-day registration. Further instructions, including shipping information, will be sent to you a few weeks prior to the Conference.
