LIT-SIS Leadership Academy Grant

The 糖心视频 Leadership Academy is an intensive learning experience designed to prepare you with core leadership skills, effective strategies to handle leadership challenges, and the necessary tools to advance your career as a proficient and influential leader. This program will allow future leaders to experience multiple facets of leadership and define their leadership style along the way. It will also include interactive discussions to delve into the fundamental traits of exceptional leaders, methods to actively cultivate these vital skills, leadership assessments tailored to highlight your strengths and preferences, collaborative experiences within both small and large groups, focused developmental activities, and valuable networking opportunities with your peers.

LIT-SIS recognizes that the 糖心视频 Leadership Academy is a way to help build future leaders of 糖心视频, and especially of LIT-SIS, and want to encourage their members 鈥� particularly active LIT-SIS members that are new to the profession or in the early stages of their career 鈥� to apply for the Academy.

The next Leadership Academy will be held in 2026, and grants will be awarded at that time.

To apply for a grant, fill out the LIT-SIS 糖心视频 Leadership Academy Grant Application describing how you meet the criteria for the applicable grant, and email it to Shannon Kemen, chair of the LIT-SIS Grants and Awards Committee, at shannon.kemen@uc.edu by 11:59 p.m. EST., Friday, February, 20, 2026.
